Items must be free from odor, stains, holes, rips, fading, signs of wear, etc…
FEES
Wrinkled items accepted are subject to a $0.75/item steaming fee.
New Consignor Fee of $5 - deducted one time, from initial consignment period.
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
3 months (12 weeks).
Consignment period begins once entered into inventory, not when dropped off.
If we discover damage, stains or wear after acceptance of an item, it will result in immediate markdown or donation without further notice to the consignor.
PAYMENT & PRICING
Consignor receives 40% of the selling price.
Payment for items sold is available in-person, upon request and issued by check.
Payments are not mailed. If unable to pick-up payment, it may be mailed for a $2.00 processing fee.
Accounts left dormant and/or unclaimed for 1 year are forfeited.
ReStyle determines the price of items. Items are discounted during the consignment period.
EXPIRED ITEMS
At the end of the consignment period, ownership of items is transferred to ReStyle. Items may be recycled or resold.
Consignor may reclaim unsold items at the end of the consignment period. You must contact ReStyle within 2 weeks pre or post-expiration date. The consignor will collect unsold items within 2 weeks of being notified items are ready for pick up. If a claim is not made within 14 days post-expiration date, items are transferred to ReStyle.
WAIVER
Although all possible care will be taken of your merchandise, ReStyle is not responsible for loss by theft, fire, negligent handling or any other cause. We do not guarantee the safety or security of your items.
